Skills
• Attacks the target 2 times in a row. • Has a X% chance per Light ally to place X charges of Static on the target. At the start of a turn, the target of Static and 2 random enemies receive damage equal to X% of Teodor's basic damage. 1 stack is removed each turn. When more than X charges of Static are accumulated, the charges explode and disappear, dealing damage per charge.
Damage is increased by X%.
• Deals damage to all enemies. • Has a X% chance per Light ally to place X charges of Static on the target. • If there are Static charges on the target at the start of the attack, the target takes extra damage equal to X% of Teodor's basic damage.
If the squad is comprised of Wanderers, ignores Fortitude when casting Static.
The number of random targets is increased.
• If there is at least one Dark character among the allies, Teodor doesn't cast Static. • At the beginning of the round, Teodor gets X effects, increasing the chance of dealing critical damage up to 100%. 1 effect is spent each time he deals critical damage. Effects cannot be removed before they end. • Each time another ally uses a flying skill, Teodor deals magic damage to a random enemy. This damage is increased by X% for each stack of Static on the target.
The number of effects that increase the chance of dealing critical damage is increased.
