• Casts on all other allies a buff that restores X% HP from the damage dealt. • Increases the initiative of every Goblin in the party by X% per dead rat he has. • Adds X% to armor and magical damage resistance X times and 1 time for every dead rat he has.
• Deals damage to all enemies which increases by X% per dead rat he has. • Casts a debuff on all enemies per dead rat he has, which deals damage equal to X% of the enemy's maximum HP per debuff of that kind that is already cast on them. The damage ignores armor and resistance to magical damage.
• If Fullmetal Goon has not received damage, then at the end of the enemy's turn, he will redirect enemy attacks to himself for X turns. • If Fullmetal Goon has not received damage, he will counterattack an available enemy at the end of their turn. • Restores X% of HP.
