One ban is spent every time an enemy tries to remove a debuff from the target. • Enemies who were on the Hit List before this ability was used receive Shock for X turns. The shocked target cannot perform support attacks. At the start of the target's turn, they have a 50% chance of skipping it. If this doesn't happen, then the target's damage is reduced by X% for 1 turn.
